These terms govern your use of GummyType. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What the service provides
GummyType provides browser-based tools that create styled PNG artwork and Unicode bubble text. The 3D generators can produce transparent PNGs or PNGs with a selected background. The Bubble Text tool creates Unicode characters for copying into compatible text fields. Platform support for those characters can vary.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. The service is not directed to children under 13.
Your words and your responsibility
You keep any rights you already have in the words you enter. You are responsible for your input, the context in which you publish an output, and confirming that your use does not violate another person's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
Do not use the service to create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, hateful, harassing, or malicious material, impersonate another person or brand, or misrepresent sponsorship or endorsement.
Using generated outputs
Subject to these terms, you may use the PNG artwork and copied Unicode text you generate for personal or commercial projects. This permission is non-exclusive and does not give you ownership of third-party names, logos, trademarks, source material, or other protected content included in your input or use.
Outputs may resemble results made by other users because the service uses a limited set of fonts, finishes, colors, and Unicode characters. GummyType does not promise that an output is unique, eligible for intellectual-property protection, or free of third-party claims.
Not a font marketplace
The Y2K, Chrome, and Bubble Letter generators create finished artwork; they do not provide downloadable font files. The Bubble Text tool returns standard Unicode characters. Font names and third-party product names remain the property of their respective owners.
Free service
The currently available tools and PNG exports are free to use and do not add a watermark. GummyType may change, limit, or discontinue free features as described under Availability and changes below.
No account or project storage
The current service does not provide accounts or cloud project history. Keep your own copy of any output you want to retain. Refreshing or closing the page may clear your current settings.
Service ownership
GummyType and its operator retain rights in the website, interface, code, branding, and original service content, excluding your input and rights granted to you for generated outputs. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as available” basis and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Features may behave differently across browsers, operating systems, editors, and social platforms. These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change; continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their stated date.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or acceptance by any third-party platform. You are responsible for reviewing an output before publishing it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GummyType and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
